Our properties
range in size from 10 units all the way up to 314 units. All properties
have a Resident Manager living on site. Our Managers are trained to
handle resident needs and requests in a prompt professional manner.
Standards are applied equally to all applicants. We run a Trans Union
credit report plus a nation wide rental eviction check. Proof of all
information listed on the application is required along with the Manager
personally contacting all references. We take the extra time to check
and recheck trying to ensure that we only accept residents that would
make a great next door neighbor.
Service is our specialty. 24 hour emergency service is available.
Each of the large properties have their own full time maintenance
and house keeping staff. Plus we have our own A/C and heater repair
staff. This makes it possible for us to provide the shortest response
time to service calls. Emergencies are given immediate service whether
during working hours or the middle of the night. Air conditioner and
heater calls are repaired the same day if called in by 3:30 P.M. Monday
through Friday. Non-emergency service calls are handled within 2 working
days and many times the next day.
Because the St. Clair family owns all of the properties it gives
us the ability to have total control over the care, maintenance,
and appearance. No time wasted waiting on approvals from
absentee owners.
